Q: How is the quality of your print?

A: Printing is photo quality, if you send a high quality image you will get a high quality print.

Q: What quality mugs do you use?

A: We only use A grade mugs.

Q: Do you accept credit card payment?

A: No not as this stage, but we are busing working on that.

Q: Do you accept cash on delivery?

A: No because we don't use our own delivery guy we can't accept cash on delivery.

     We only accept upfront payment or 50% deposit so we can start making your order and the other

    50% before delivery.

Q: Where on the mug do you print?

A: We only print on the sides of the mugs. We don't print on the inside, bottom or handle of the mug.
